Urban Apartment English

The apartment comprises a living room, a double bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a naturally lit bathroom, a small laundry area.

The interiors are enhanced by parquet flooring and elegant wallpapers that bring warmth and personality to the spaces. The apartment showcases distinctive features of late nineteenth-century Roman architecture, including the magnificent cross-vaulted ceilings in both the living room and the bedroom.

The bedroom is home to one of the apartment’s most striking details: an elegant vaulted ceiling in exposed red terracotta brick, enriched by a refined contemporary artwork executed in sanguine. A harmonious encounter between history, art and design that gives the space a unique and distinctive character.

The colour palette, dominated by soft beige tones, is enlivened by delicate accents of pink and green that enhance the furnishings and the original ceiling details in the kitchen and entrance hall.

Modern and functional, the kitchen features a practical island with stools, perfect for a relaxed breakfast or an aperitif after a day spent exploring the wonders of the Eternal City.
